How to select a coating 7 items

External heat insulation coating
Applied on products with a diameter of 508+ mm, with anti-corrosion and protective jackets. It is used to increase the reliability and environmental safety of pipeline systems during their construction and operation in areas with permafrost soils, at extremely low air temperatures, or if it is necessary to improve energy efficiency while transporting a heat transfer medium

Polyethylene-based external coating
Applied in three layers or as a mono-layer featuring high mechanical strength and high frost resistance (operating temperature from -40 °C)

Polypropylene-based external coating
Applied either in three layers or as a mono-layer featuring high mechanical strength and heat resistance (operating temperature up to -110 °C)

External epoxy coating of pipes
Based on epoxy compounds and laid in one or two layers, it features high heat resistance, high adhesion to steel, and excellent resistance to cathodic disbonding.

Internal corrosion-resistant coating
Based on polymer compounds with layer thickness at least 400 micron

Internal flow coating
Based on polymer compounds with layer thickness up to 150 micron

External corrosion-resistant coating
Based on thermosetting materials, features high mechanical strength and supports a wide operating temperature range.
