No defects are made, tolerated or transferred

All products manufactured at Rimera Group facilities are subject to several phases of inspection before shipment. Zero defect culture is the core element of the METAllurgy Philosophy.

We never ship products deviating from the requirements of regulatory and technical documents

All products must be manufactured in strict conformity to the process technology and design documentation

Quality control stages

Our mission is to continuously improve customer experience and product quality to match consumer needs

Materials, supplies, and component parts (assembly units) used by the core production facilities in their processes are subject to incoming inspection. The incoming inspection procedure is established in line with the production processes (instructions) developed by the process technology units.

INCOMING INSPECTION

The entire process cycle related to the production and assembly of components is subject to inspection. Inspections are carried out by trained and highly qualified personnel using certified measuring and testing tools.

Product testing

Each item is tested on certified equipment. The tests comply with existing quality programmes and test procedures. A product is manufactured, if all the required controls have been completed successfully (at your choice):

Laboratory inspection

To confirm product compliance, all materials and products are examined in mechanical, measurement, and chemical labs.

Our products

Products meet GOST R standards, and are certified for compliance with the technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union and health and safety rules.
